Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Analyst for NHS IT review. You will work on data collection, manipulation, and processing, with emphasis on NHS clinical applications.

Candidates should understand how clinical systems store and report data, and be able to pull logs or data extracts for validation, while engaging stakeholders with clear, structured outputs. Hybrid with remote elements is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth NHS process experience and experience with NHS domains (clinical/applications).
• Ability to collect, manipulate and validate data; turn into insights.
• Experience with Active Directory / Domain Migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw information into decision-ready insights.
• Read specifications, SOPs, audit logs and policies to identify gaps.
• Review system outputs and data extracts to validate findings.
• Map data fields, sources, and downstream impacts (EVOLVE, Mediviewer, WinPath).
• Create clear requirements packs, data dictionaries, and process maps.

Our client a large consultancy engaged with digital transformation within the NHS require a Business Analyst with in depth NHS process experience.

Business Analyst

Application - Front / Back End design understanding

1. Analytical Skills

Turning raw information into insights.

• Reading specs, SOPs, audit logs, operational policies.
• Reviewing system outputs (reports, logs, data extracts).
• Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
• Understanding patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Using Excel, SQL basics, or dashboards to validate findings.
