Venn Group is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to support a large NHS Organisation on a high-profile innovation and digital transformation programme. This role focuses on identifying, assessing and delivering new technologies that improve services and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, map processes and coordinate governance, delivering documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within the NHS or public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating requirements into documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and user requirements across digital and innovation projects.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting technology assessments, feasibility studies, pilot projects and solution recommendations.
• Producing process maps, business cases, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating Information Governance, Data Protection, Cyber Security and wider assurance activities.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and presenting findings, risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Supporting testing, implementation and service transition activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Business Analyst (Innovation & Digital Transformation)

£386 per day (Inside IR35) | Hybrid Working | London | 6 months

Venn Group is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large NHS Organisation on a high-profile innovation and digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation, helping identify, assess and deliver new technologies that improve services and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and user requirements across a range of digital and innovation projects.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting technology assessments, feasibility studies, pilot projects and solution recommendations.
• Producing process maps, business cases, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating Information Governance, Data Protection, Cyber Security and wider assurance activities.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and presenting findings, risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Supporting testing, implementation and service transition activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the NHS or wider public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex requirements into clear documentation.
• Knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection and digital assurance processes.
• Experience supporting technology, digital transformation or innovation-focused programmes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
