Job summary

Clockwork Recruitment Ltd seeks a Customer Service & Sales Oriented Business Advisor to join our client’s team in Cardiff on a 12-month FTC. You will build relationships with shop owners across retail outlets, promote product availability, and educate staff on products.

You will plan daily visits to meet KPIs, analyse store data to spot opportunities, and ensure trading terms compliance while travelling within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or field-based environment.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Oriented Business Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Oriented Business Advisor to join our client's team in Cardiff on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with shop owners across various retail outlets such as supermarkets, petrol stations, independent shops, and cash and carries within your designated area. Your primary focus will be on promoting product availability, educating staff on products.

In this role, you will proactively plan your daily visits to meet set KPIs, analyse store data to identify sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with agreed trading terms.
