Job summary

Clockwork Recruitment Ltd seeks a Customer Service & Sales Oriented Business Advisor to join our client’s team in Cardiff on a 12-month FTC. You will build relationships with shop owners across retail outlets, promote product availability, and educate staff on products.

You will plan daily visits to meet KPIs, analyse store data to spot opportunities, and ensure trading terms compliance while travelling within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or field-based environment.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with shop owners across retail outlets (supermarkets, petrol stations, independent shops, cash and carries).
• Promote product availability and educate staff on products.
• Proactively plan daily visits to meet KPIs and analyse store data to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with agreed trading terms.
