Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Business Administrator based at Ailsa Hospital.
What You Will Do
Based at Ailsa Hospital, you will gain experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment within a supportive and welcoming team.
As an experienced administrator, you will work closely with the Directorate Business Manager, as well as the wider Director of Acute Services Office Team and Senior Management Team, to provide high level administrative and business support across a range of duties. You will work proactively and autonomously whilst maintaining effective communication with the wider admin team.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
With an HND in administration, or equivalent administration or secretarial experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment and judgement to ensure that actions are delivered within deadlines. Minute taking experience as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is essential.
