Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage the calendars of the People & Culture Director, CEO, and SLT, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for the People & Culture Director and CEO, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between the SLT and other departments.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Support the People & Culture team with communication initiatives, including employee updates and leadership announcements.

Project Support

  • Assist the People & Culture Director with projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, leadership events, and compliance reporting.
  • Support the CEO and SLT with research, data collection, and preparation of materials for presentations.
  • Participate in key projects, such as CleanEvent’s Good to Great plans and CleanEvent Academy initiatives.

Organisation and Data Management

  • Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Track key deadlines for leadership initiatives and prepare summaries for the SLT.
  • Update and manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.

Learning and Development

  • Engage in your own professional development by completing a recognised apprenticeship programme.
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership operations and develop skills in organisation, communication, and project management.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
