Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large operational teams in a transport setting.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and revenue improvement.
• Ability to build strong relationships with unions and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to meet service delivery targets and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements.
• Develop and motivate teams; drive continuous improvement and change.
• Manage relationships with local authorities, customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, training and recruitment to optimise staffing.
• Review networks, KPIs and performance to deliver growth in EBIT%.
