Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Chelmsford is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the Adult Burns Ward for a fixed-term 9-month period. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with internal night and day rotations, Band 5, salary £32,073 per annum pro rata.

Based at St Andrew’s Regional Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, assess patient needs, plan and evaluate outcomes, and work with the multidisciplinary team to

• NMC registration is required.
• Burns care knowledge or courses are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care on the Adult Burns Ward.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement appropriate care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
• Support the Senior Nurse in day-to-day management and maintain high standards of infection prevention.
