Job summary

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled nurse for the Odstock Burns Ward. The successful candidate will provide specialist burns and plastics care, triage referrals, and coordinate with the trauma team to admit patients when needed.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to rehabilitate, reconstruct and support patients throughout their hospital journey. We offer ongoing in-house training, apprenticeships, and university courses to support professional growth, with NHS

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Burns accredited qualification required (EMSB or equivalent).
• Evidence of recent CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Leadership qualification or demonstrable leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Burns Service patients.
• Perform accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Provide clinical leadership and support staff development on the ward.
• Participate in safe and efficient ward management in line with NMC and Trust standards.
