Job Title: Building Surveyor (Senior / Associate)

Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + annual bonus + generous private pension + life assurance + private healthcare + access to flexible company benefits scheme.

This role is with a global real estate and development consultancy servicing a wide range of clients across services such as planning, development, asset management, lease advisory, project management, and strategic business advice.

In Manchester, they have a growing and established projects team of around 30 professionals, including Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and PQS Quantity Surveyors. They deliver industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments, with project values around £200 million, playing a key role in infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.

Their flexible working approach ensures that employees thrive; some work across multiple sectors, while others focus on specialist areas—it's your choice. They undertake a diverse range of project work and professional services. As a business, they work with Building Surveyors to develop careers aligned with individual aspirations.

The team operates a hybrid working model (minimum two days in the office per week), with many choosing more office time but also accommodating remote work preferences.
