We are seeking to recruit a Senior/Associate in Building Surveying to join our team in Manchester.

The Role

We are looking to recruit either a Senior Surveyor or Associate, depending on experience.

As a Senior Surveyor you will be required to Promote the Firm’s services and develop existing client base, be responsible for managing projects and mentoring recently qualified and graduate employees, ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guideline.

As an Associate you will be required to be responsible for managing the team and team projects, use business development skills to generate fees and assist in the growth of the Team, have direct client liaison and develop and expand existing client base and professional contacts and to promote the Firm’s services within the property market with the view to expanding the client base and cross sell services.

The role will primarily involve undertaking a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team with the opportunity to make a real impact locally and with wider growth potential into the West Yorkshire region.

Role Requirements

Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).

Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.

Openness to travel to and manage projects in the West Yorkshire region.

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The candidate should be able to provide a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness.
