Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD on behalf of a well-established Building Consultancy in Bristol is seeking a Building Surveyor. You will focus on delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects while developing experience in professional surveying.

The role offers exposure to building surveys, dilapidations and related services, with APC progression and MRICS status support, providing a strong platform for long-term career development within a

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
MRICS preferred; non-MRICS candidates considered if actively progressing through APC.
Experience across Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration advantageous.

Responsibilities

Delivering Employer's Agent services across a range of projects
Providing Contract Administration services
Working closely with the management team throughout project delivery
Supporting projects from inception through to completion
Carrying out building surveys
Undertaking dilapidations and related professional surveying services
Developing technical and professional surveying experience
Supporting APC progression where applicable
