The role focuses on project work delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services, with exposure to building surveys, dilapidations and related surveying duties to support APC progression.

The vacancy offers a salary of £35,000 - £55,000, full-time employment, and strong professional development towards MRICS status through the APC pathway.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• MRICS preferred; non-MRICS considered if APC is in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employer's Agent services across projects.
• Provide Contract Administration services.
• Work with management throughout project delivery.
• Support projects from inception to completion.
• Carry out building surveys and dilapidations.
• Develop technical and professional surveying experience.
• Support APC progression where applicable.
