Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its growing Bristol team. This position offers hands-on experience across Building Surveying and Project Management while supporting APC progression toward MRICS.

The role provides exposure to commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, with hybrid/smart working options and structured APC mentorship to help you advance professionally.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, RICS accredited.
• Keen interest in progressing towards MRICS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions across multiple sectors.
• Support condition surveys, defect diagnosis and report writing.
• Assist with contract administration and project management projects.
• Attend site visits and client meetings with senior staff.
• Work across commercial, residential and mixed-use assets.
• Develop core competencies for APC progression.
• Collaborate with senior team members to build technical and professional skills.
