Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Building Surveyor to join a Bristol-based team. The role focuses on project delivery,Employer's Agent and Contract Administration, with exposure to diverse surveying disciplines and APC progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will deliver on-site project work, support management, and develop core surveying skills toward MRICS status, with a strong path for career progression within the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• MRICS preferred; non-MRICS considered if actively progressing through the APC.
• Experience across Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employer's Agent services across a range of projects.
• Provide Contract Administration services.
• Work closely with the management team throughout project delivery.
• Support projects from inception through to completion.
• Carry out building surveys.
• Undertake dilapidations and related professional surveying services.
• Develop technical and professional surveying experience.
• Support APC progression where applicable.
