We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Billericay. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established practice with a strong client base across the residential and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Contract Administration services on a variety of refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Preparing detailed specifications, schedules of work, and overseeing works on site
• Handling Party Wall matters as Building Owner or Adjoining Owner surveyor
• Conducting condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and preparing professional reports
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
• Proven experience in contract administration
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of Party Wall etc. Act 1996
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
