Job summary

Amey is seeking a permanent Building Surveyor to join our Advisory Consulting team, with shared office space across Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester, and Sheffield. You will provide building surveying services across a multi-disciplinary environment, supporting design teams and asset management.

You will lead technical work, supervise junior staff, prepare bids, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership or progression with RICS/CIOB preferred.
