Job summary

Altura Search is recruiting an Assistant Building Surveyor in Bristol with a salary up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits and APC support. You will gain broad project exposure and structured APC guidance from experienced Chartered Surveyors.

You will perform condition surveys, assist with contract administration, and prepare specifications and reports across commercial, education, defence, infrastructure, residential and public sector projects. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
• Previous Building Surveying experience through industry placement or consultancy.
• Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to develop into a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.

• Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
