Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor with strong project management experience to oversee education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors across the Southeast. The role offers a clear APC pathway and meaningful client exposure within a growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

You will handle specifications, contract administration, site inspections and technical reporting while developing independently in a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with contract administration and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing project-based Building Surveying work from inception through to completion.
• Preparing specifications and contract documentation
• Contract administration and site inspections
• Attending progress meetings and issuing contract instructions
• Producing technical reports for clients
• Managing projects independently as experience develops
• Working across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors
• Split between office and site's locations across the Southeast
