Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum).
• Full driving licence.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software).
• A team player.
• An APC pathway toward Chartered Building Surveyor (Ridge APC support).

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects, commissions, and professional services.
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure information is available for successful completion of projects.
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner and promote Ridge and Partners by engaging with clients / networking events.
• Assist with undertaking building surveys, taking particulars on site, attending meetings, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes, and administering contracts for maintenance work.
• Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes and analyse / report on building defects.
