Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor for our Bristol office. You will join the building surveying team to provide specialist advice across surveys, dilapidations, party walls, and project management from feasibility through handover.

The role covers multiple sectors with high-profile clients across the South West and nationwide. Essential: 1 year of consultancy experience (ideally 2–3 years); APC progress encouraged; strong communication and client relationship

Qualifications

• Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor with 1 year of consultancy experience (ideally 2–3 years).
• APC progress encouraged and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist building surveying services across surveys, dilapidation, party wall matters, and project management.
• Manage commissions from feasibility through to handover and post‑completion reviews.
• Prepare and manage planned maintenance programs and ensure quality monitoring of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development.
