Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor for their Bristol office. You will gain exposure to a wide range of sectors and asset types while supporting senior team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduates with at least 6 months experience will be considered.
• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar discipline.
• Currently working towards APC or keen to pursue chartership.
• Good understanding of both professional and project-based work.
• Party wall experience advantageous.
• Good report writing and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with professional services such as condition surveys, dilapidations, defect diagnosis and party wall matters.
• Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion.
• Preparing reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of projects and maintaining client relationships.
