Job summary

Talent Finder is recruiting on behalf of a Bristol-based property and construction consultancy for a Building Surveyor. The role is based in Bristol, full time, with a salary between £28,000 and £36,000 per annum and potential for professional development.

You will work within the building surveying team, handling surveys, dilapidation and project management tasks across the South West and nationwide, supporting directors and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor with consultancy experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to manage workload and multiple project instructions.
• Good attention to detail and professional approach.
• Ideally working towards APC.

Responsibilities

• Supporting directors in delivering business objectives.
• Building surveying commissions including surveys, dilapidation and party wall work.
• Managing projects in accordance with procedures and budgets.
• Preparing and managing planned maintenance programmes.
• Quality monitoring of construction projects.
• Providing professional advice to clients and project teams.
