Beach Baker Property Recruitment is working with a highly successful Property Consultancy to appoint a Building Surveyor in Bristol. You will join the Bristol-based Building Surveying team of 16, handling a range of instructions on commercial properties and contributing to a busy workflow.

Formación

• Degree in building surveying or construction (or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 months building surveying experience in consultancy or client-side.
• Motivated to progress toward MRICS.

Responsabilidades

• Deal with a full range of building surveying instructions on commercial properties.
• Workload split roughly 60% projects/costs/CA and 40% surveys.
• Collaborate with pension fund clients and manage a busy pipeline of work.
