Talent Finder is seeking a Building Surveyor to join a Bristol-based consultancy. You will work from the Bristol office within the building surveying team, handling surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall matters, and project administration across diverse clients nationwide.

Responsibilities include managing commissions from feasibility through handover, developing maintenance programmes, and ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor with consultancy experience.
• ideally working towards APC.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support directors in delivering business objectives.

• Manage building surveying commissions from surveys to handover and post-completion reviews.
