An established industry player is seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team on a temporary contract. This role requires a solid understanding of building construction and fire compliance, particularly within the social housing sector. Building Surveyor x (2)

Rate: £35.00 to £40 Umbrella per hour

Location: Worcestershire

Type: Temporary 3 - 6 months contract.

Overview of the role :

Two surveyors are required with an understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge. They will assist with FRA actions, HHSRS, Decent Homes, Disrepair Reports, and works delivery.

They will also support the remaining Capital programme projects as needed.

The candidate :

• Experienced Building Surveyor with a Social Housing background, gained in either a Local Authority or Housing Association.
• Understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge.
• This role is not hybrid; the client requires on-site and office work.
