Role Description

This is a remote role for a Consultant Building Surveyor, responsible for conducting inspections on an ad-hoc basis. The Surveyor will perform housing disrepair surveys as an expert witness, produce detailed reports, and provide expert witness testimony.

Qualifications/Experience

• Skills in Building/Housing Surveying and Condition Surveys
• Several years of building surveying experience
• Experience as an expert witness is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in building surveying or an equivalent field
• Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred
• Must be based in the Southwest or Northeast of England
