Position Details

Type: Permanent

Location: Swindon, South West

Salary: £44,435 per annum + £3,715 car allowance

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Role Overview

Sellick Partnership Ltd is recruiting a Building Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role with a Swindon-based client.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Deliver responsive/void, service charge, planned investment, and major works programmes.
2. Manage all responsive, void, planned, capital investment, and maintenance activities.
3. Create reports, specifications, and schedules including cost estimates based on the Schedule of Rates.
4. Oversee repairs related to disrepair, damp, and mould issues.
5. Coordinate with other departments for property maintenance.
6. Present reports to senior management on maintenance activities.
7. Ensure projects comply with safety and CDM regulations.
8. Work within budgets for responsive maintenance, planned investments, and major works.

Required Experience

1. Minimum HNC or equivalent in construction, housing, management, or property.
2. Knowledge of HHSRS and CDM compliance.
3. Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
