This consultancy specializes in dilapidations and refurbishments, which comprise most of their workload, alongside some quantity surveying services. Their project portfolio includes large national retail clients and smaller private works, ensuring variety in daily tasks. They are now looking for a Building Surveyor to strengthen their Milton Keynes team and contribute to its success.

In this role, you will be client-facing with responsibilities from the start, working on projects involving dilapidations and refurbishments. Your tasks will include conducting surveys on-site, preparing reports, and supporting APC activities. The role offers diverse projects, making each day different.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience and knowledge in dilapidations or refurbishment projects. Strong communication skills and a full UK drivers' license are essential.

The Person:

1. Degree-qualified in Building Surveying

4. Comfortable working in occupied and unoccupied buildings
5. Based in or near Milton Keynes and willing to travel regionally
