Job summary

Align Property Services is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to lead design, project management, and contract administration across a range of building projects. You will develop mechanical systems from concept to detailed design, supervise installation, and provide early design advice to meet CDM and safety standards.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering (MCIBSE preferred)
• Significant industry experience as Mechanical Engineer
• Proficient in Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD, NBS and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design from concept to detail
• Project management and contract administration
• Provide early design advice and technical consultancy
• Manage complex workloads and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Deliver cost-effective, client-focused solutions while meeting safety and sustainability standards

Education
