Job summary

Randstad CPE has partnered with a Tier 1 contractor near Reading to recruit a Design Manager. The role covers the full life cycle from tender and bid through to site delivery on schemes valued between £25m and £90m, with work in NHS, SEN schools, Life Sciences, offices and local authority projects across the M4 Corridor.

You will lead design on framed packages, manage RFI processes, dCDM requirements and ensure smooth information flow between clients, consultants and internal teams.
