Job description

Building Services Engineer

Our client, a specialist in Facilities Maintenance delivery across London and the Home Counties, is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled, with experience in PPM, reactive, and fabric works, and must hold a full UK driver's license.

Location and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be based within the M25 and have a background or qualifications in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical work, along with experience in fabric repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, emergency lighting, legionella awareness, and minor repairs
• Support the building services team with various maintenance activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in PPM and reactive works
• Technical qualifications in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical works
• Experience with emergency lighting, legionella awareness, fire alarm checks, etc.
• Willingness to cover sites across London and the Home Counties
• Full UK driver's license; travel paid after 30 minutes each way
