Key Responsibilities of the Building Services Engineer:

• Undertake reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of building services equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Actively participate in an on–call rota to address any out–of–hours issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with building users and third–party service providers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate strong problem–solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve any technical challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's building services operations.

What We're Looking for in a Building Services Engineer:

• Completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in the maintenance and operation of building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire alarms.
• Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations, as well as L8 compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong time management and problem–solving capabilities.
