Position: Building Services Engineer

Due to our growth, we are hiring a Building Services Engineer to work across multiple locations around the M25. Reporting to the FM Contract Management team and Helpdesk, your role will involve executing planned, reactive, and small works across a range of properties and systems.

1. Adhere to Health and Safety requirements at all times
2. Work on commercial and domestic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
3. Maintain and develop client relationships
4. Perform planned and reactive repairs on electrical, mechanical, and fabric elements

Requirements

• City & Guilds Certification
• Building Maintenance Experience
• Full UK Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications

• CSCS Card
• Up-to-date Medical
• Experience in Flick Testing
