If you've previously worked as a maintenance engineer, technician, or manager and are seeking career growth, this opportunity is for you.

As a Building Services Engineer at our Stokes Poges Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you'll hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and possess a good knowledge of Building Management Systems. Experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and other compliance areas in a large industrial setting is required.

Responsibilities of a Building Services Engineer:

1. Be responsible for the entire site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.
2. Maintain facilities such as swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
3. Address queries and issues securely and effectively using an electronic CAFM system.
4. Lead by example to inspire the team towards continuous improvement.
5. Utilize hands-on experience and technical skills to operate an effective preventative maintenance programme.
6. Enhance personal and team skills to build a strong, capable team.
