JASA Talent is seeking a Building Services Engineer in West London (Chelsea) to perform maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms, including testing fire alarms and emergency lighting. The role involves RAMS documentation and on-site communication with clients across West London sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience in commercial buildings, with hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs and fault finding.

Responsabilidades

• Perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults in HVAC or building services.
• Maintain clear communications with clients on site.
• Handle small lighting and minor mechanical repairs.
• Document RAMS and related compliance paperwork.
• Provide emergency breakdown response when required.

Building Services Engineer

Location: Chelsea

Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join an engineering company with sites based in West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience within commercial buildings ideally. You will also have experience testing fire alarms and similar systems within buildings.

The role is mobile around West London but with minimal travel. You will sometimes work on the same site for the whole week or just a day at the same site.

Building Services Engineer Key Skills:

• Experienced PPM Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar within the building services industry.
• Experience working in plant rooms, HVAC systems including BMS, FCUs, AHUs etc
• Repairs and breakdown experience
• Background in fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
• Small electrical and mechanical repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics experience

Building Services Engineer Responsibilities:

• Performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
