Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a Building Services Assistant to support the day-to-day management, safety, and security of our Leigh office and satellite buildings in the Wigan, Leigh, and Chorley areas. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of statutory inspections and checks.

• The Building Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, safety and security of our Leigh office, and other satellite buildings across the Wigan, Leigh and Chorley areas.
• The successful candidate will help facilitate the smooth operation of the building and ensure all statutory inspections and checks are completed.

They facilitate the smooth operation of the building and ensure all statutory inspections and checks are completed.

The team are the first point of contact for colleagues in the office who need assistance with building related issues.
