The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of statutory inspections and checks.

Responsibilities

• The Building Services Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, safety and security of our Leigh office, and other satellite buildings across the Wigan, Leigh and Chorley areas.
• The successful candidate will help facilitate the smooth operation of the building and ensure all statutory inspections and checks are completed.
