Building Services Account Manager

Due to internal restructuring, they seek an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, delivering a 5-star service, including M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services within a high-profile building.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Technical background is not mandatory, as the team is strong on engineering expertise. Additional desirable qualifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc.
