Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial property client in Central London. The role involves managing a high-profile M&E / Facilities Management account, overseeing a team of approximately 25 staff, and ensuring delivery of a 5-star service across various functions including M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a single, high-profile building.

Key responsibilities include:

• Man-management of a team of 25
• Budget responsibility for circa £2.5 million P&L
• Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance through auditing
• Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
• Reducing WIP and identifying project opportunities
• Succession planning

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.

This role offers a salary between £75,000 - £85,000, with bonus, pension, and opportunities for career progression within a leading organization operating across various sectors including corporate, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and data centres.
