Building Services Account Manager

Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management Account

Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. Due to internal restructuring, they seek an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Director to oversee a prestigious commercial account in Central London. The role involves delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services for a high-profile building.

The team comprises approximately 25 staff, including supervisors, engineers, and support staff, with ongoing liaising with on-site clients. The salary range is approximately £75,000 to £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within the market leader in building services & facilities management.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, whether with a dedicated M&E provider, managing agent, or similar. While technical expertise is not mandatory due to a strong engineering team, experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients is essential. Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
