Our customer, a well-established and growing property and real estate organisation, is seeking an experienced Building Services Account Director for a prestigious commercial account in Peterborough. The role involves managing M&E / Facilities Management services for a high-profile building, leading a team of approximately 25 staff, and liaising with the client to deliver a 5-star service.

Responsibilities include overseeing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, soft services, and ensuring compliance through auditing. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Budget management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership are essential.
