The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities support, and liaising with on-site clients.

Requirements include at least five years of managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, experience with Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients, and leadership skills. Desirable qualifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, among others.
