Building Services Account Manager

Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management within Central London, managing a single contract for a high-profile commercial building. The role offers a competitive salary between £75,000 - £85,000, plus bonus, pension, and development opportunities.

Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with global high-profile accounts. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 25 staff, ensuring delivery of M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services, liaising directly with on-site clients.

Requirements include at least five years managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Additional training such as ILM, IOSH, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 25 staff
