Building Services Account Manager

Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management for a prestigious commercial client in Central London. Responsible for delivering a 5-star service, including M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services across a high-profile building. Managing a team of approximately 25 staff, liaising with the on-site client, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements include at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Strong leadership and budget management skills are essential, along with experience in stakeholder engagement and sustainability initiatives. Desirable qualifications include ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc.

The role offers a salary between £75,000 - £85,000, with bonuses, pension, and opportunities for training and career progression within a market-leading organization operating across multiple sectors including corporate, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and data centres.
