  2. Carefully maintain, update and evaluate safety in your buildings through the interrogation of management information trackers, dashboards, engagement with internal teams, external providers, consultants and engineers.
  3. Create and maintain excellent relationships with residents through the resident engagement strategies and ensure that residents' rights are protected and their voices are strongly influential in building safety.

The Person

  1. You will have proven experience in delivering building safety in a residential setting, managing risk, interpreting data and implementing systems to keep residents safe.
  2. You will have a detailed knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated regulation and legislation.
  3. You will have relevant qualifications in building safety, fire safety, architecture, engineering or construction.
  4. You will be demonstrably attentive to detail and have excellent analytical skills and be highly literate and numerate.

What’s in it for you?

Our benefits include:

  1. 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time) per year.
  2. 2 volunteering days per year for things like helping out in local communities.
  3. An additional ‘Beliefs day’ once a year to have an extra day off.
  4. Supported family friendly approach with extended parental leave.
  5. Enhanced pension with matched contributions of up to 9%.
  6. Option to buy or sell up to 5 days annual leave per year.
  7. Life assurance cover 3 x your salary.
  8. Cycle2work scheme.
  9. Hybrid Working - Dependent on job role and department.
  10. Health cash plan scheme for your everyday healthcare needs which you can add your family members to.
  11. Tenancy deposit – interest free loan to help with rental deposits and season ticket loan.
  12. Access to extensive learning and training opportunities with Wisebox platform.
  13. Colleague virtual social platform with our workplace pages where you can keep up to date with the organisational activity and link in with colleagues.
  14. Career progression across the organisation with our mentoring/coaching programmes, apprenticeships and career planning support.
  15. Employee Assistance Programme - We are committed to the wellbeing of our colleagues and support this as an organisation.
