About the role
The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a Building Safety Manager to join the Property and Compliance Works team. This role involves managing the golden thread of information and coordinating with external consultants to provide Building Safety expertise across the Council’s portfolio of 17,000 properties. The position requires engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the integrity and professionalism of the information maintained, meeting the needs of residents.
We seek a confident professional with at least five years’ experience in relevant disciplines.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification, such as full membership in IFE / IFSM / CABE / RICS / CIOB, and a NEBOSH fire safety certificate (FC1 / FC2) or equivalent. Experience in a similar role within housing or local authority settings is preferred.
