What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the dedicated Building Safety Manager (BSM) for a portfolio of our higher-risk buildings (over 18m or 7+ storeys). You’ll be at the heart of our mission to keep people safe, acting as the go-to expert for building safety and a key point of contact for our residents.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS):
This role requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check, which will show any unspent convictions. That’s because you’ll be visiting residents in their homes, and we have a responsibility to make sure we’re doing that safely and appropriately.
Please don’t worry having unspent convictions doesn’t automatically rule you out. If you’re a potential match, we’ll carry out a risk assessment with you to understand the context. We’ll also request references before your start date.
