This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Safety team. We operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office/site and 2 days at home.

The role of Building Safety Manager is to support the business in implementing legislative and best practice requirements related to health, fire, and structural safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance, contributing to a positive safety culture across Native Communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and related regulations.
  • Manage Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports for high-rise residential buildings.
  • Oversee H&S management within residential buildings, focusing on fire safety related to external walls, compartmentation, and fire doors.
  • Maintain NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications.
  • Desirable: MBIFM, MRICS, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety for Construction / Building Safety Management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; training on internal database systems will be provided.
  • Organized, professional, and able to work well within a team, contributing to an open and inclusive culture.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
