Building Safety Coordinator Fire and Electrical

Salary: £32,726 - £40,908 per annum (salary offered between this scale dependent on experience)

Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working between our Crossways Business Park office Dartford and home

We’re currently looking for a Building Safety Coordinator to join our Building Safety team particularly focusing on fire electrical and service contracts.

As a Building Safety Coordinator you will support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator and Building Safety Manager to deliver risk‑based programmes of servicing and remedial works relating to fire electrical and service contracts. This is a pivotal role in our Building Safety team liaising with contractors, consultants and our customers to ensure that properties are well maintained and compliant.
